RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Orders may be returned up to 14 days after receiving the package and return tracking must be emailed to us within this period. *Note: RETURNS WILL NO LONGER BE ELIGIBLE AFTER 14 DAYS.

Please email us for the reason for the return and we will supply the return address immediately. Returns must be unworn and undamaged with their original packaging otherwise your refunds or exchanges will not proceed.

Conditions of return: 

– Products provided are not the right type, quantity as required by the order.

– Defective product belongs to the manufacturer

– The product is defective or damaged in transit

– We have agreed to allow the buyer to return the goods

What is your exchange policy

Exchanges are available for alternative sizes and colors only. If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order.

How much does a return cost?

We offer free returns on all purchases damaged due to a material or manufacturing error. For other reasons of returns, you will be required to pay for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and Oyewomensstylellc does not cover the cost of return shipping. How do I start a return or exchange?

To start a Return or Exchange, please email us at [email protected]. We’ll send you an email address you can send any returns back to. If you email our team with an image of your shipping receipt, we will happily help you finish the return and exchange process.

How long does a return or exchange take to process?

From start to finish-line, please give your refund/exchange 15-30 days to get back to you. Once we have your items checked in, we’ll send the refund your way. Exchange items will be sent out as soon as you request them
